How long does international shipping take?

Please expect a minimum of at least 10 business days for your package to arrive to you.

Do you charge customs and duty fees for International orders placed?

Please note that all international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. JUNO & Co. is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

I received a shipping email but the tracking link doesn’t work

Emails get sent as soon as the label is printed. Please allow 6-12 hours for USPS to update the tracking status.

My items broke during delivery

We’re sorry to hear that your package was not received in good condition. Due to the extremely low cost of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges at this time. If you encountered damage to your products due to shipping, we will gladly compensate you. Just send us a message with a picture of your damaged product.

What is your refund policy?

On special circumstances, we’ll either offer a refund or compensate you if your item didn’t arrive in the expected conditions. Shipping costs are not refundable.

My package says it’s been delivered but I don’t have it!

Once your package is marked as delivered by USPS, JUNO & Co is no longer held responsible for any lost or stolen goods. All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. We do apologize, but JUNO & Co cannot be made liable of non-deliveries.

What happens if my package is returned to sender because of a delivery error (ex. wrong address, delivery complications, etc.)?

Any order that encounters a "Return to Sender" issue will be refunded (minus the S&H fee) within 15 days of the failed shipment notification. An order refund notice will be sent via the e-mail address of the account.

How do I return my JUNO Mirror if it is broken?

Since it is considered an electronic rather than a makeup product or tool, the JUNO Mirror has a different return policy. If any part of your unused JUNO Mirror breaks, or if your JUNO Mirror starts malfunctioning within the month you've purchased it, message our customer service team at the help section found on this page for a replacement. In all circumstances, you must ship back the item to our warehouse and pay the shipping and handling to be sent a replacement. Returns and replacements will only be accepted after 30 days of your JUNO Mirror purchase.

When are the “Coming Soon” products available?

We add new products to our store every Wednesday. There will be always products marked as “Coming Soon”.

Do you have a physical store? Where do you ship from?

We don’t have one for the moment. Our warehouse is located in South San Francisco, California.

Are your products “cruelty-free”?

We can’t speak for all of the brands we carry with 100% certainty but we can say that our JUNO & Co. Exclusive beauty tools are vegan and cruelty-free.
